At Bohemian Luxe we pride ourselves on beautiful handmade garments and accessories with intricate, sometimes organic details and fine workmanship. We check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.
In the instance that you change your mind, your purchase is not suitable or the piece is faulty, the following terms and conditions apply. All items must be managed from their original purchase source.
It is possible to return any full priced items purchased for an online exchange (choose an alternative style) or online store credit. This return/exchange must occur within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
If requesting a credit or exchange, returned goods must be:
- In their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed.
- Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another trackable method.
- The following items are non-refundable/exchangeable for other items due to health restrictions: lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, intimates and jewellery.
- Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. Bohemian Luxe will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The original packaging must be returned with the shoes.

We will then issue you with a Returns Authority Number. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authority Number (RA Number). Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund if we are notified after the 7-day period.
When returning Goods: Please enclose
- a) RA Number with explanation of reason for return/comments.
- b) Your contact details, including email address and phone number
- c) If wanting to exchange your item, please include a self addressed Express post envelope to send your new item back in. Your new item cannot be sent without this.

Once we have received the item back we will try to replace the item for you ASAP first, then you will be notified via email once your item has been sent. If we can't replace the item we will contact you via your email address of phone number given and discuss the outcome.
